Outsourcing Backlash Fuels More Outsourcing

Here is something interesting. According to a study by the
Gartner group (reported in this story) the backlash against
outsourcing caused the Indian IT revenues to grow by about 29%. 

The backlash creates so much publicity for outsourcing that a lot
of small and medium sized companies that would previously have
not considered outsourcing, also decided to jump on the
bandwagon.
